Tech Mahindra Ltd allots 12853 shares

The Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Tech Mahindra Ltd on January 28, 2015 has passed a circular resolution for issue and allotment of a total of 12853 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to the applicants.

5360 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2000, 3415 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under ESOP 2006, 3570 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - ESOP B - 2013 and 508 equity shares were allotted on exercise of stock options under TML - RSU.
