Oasis Tradelink Ltd approves preferential issue

The Board of Directors of Oasis Tradelink Ltd at its meeting held on January 27, 2015, has considered and approved the preferential issue subject to the approval of shareholders and any other approvals as may be required.

The Board approved the issue of 860251 Equity Shares of Rs. 35/- each including premium of Rs. 25/- to other than promoter group on preferential basis, in accordance with SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time.

The Notice for calling Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company. Further EGM of the company will be held on February 23, 2015 to consider said preferential issue.
