Sakthi Finance Ltd to raise Rs. 100 crores through NCDs

The NCD Issuance Committee of Sakthi Finance Ltd have, at their meeting held on January 19, 2015, considered and approved the draft Prospectus for public issue of 1,00,00,000 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 100 each aggregating to Rs. 100 crores.

In terms of Regulations 6 and 7 of the SEBI (Issue and Listing of Debt Securities) Regulations 2008, the Company has filed the draft Prospectus dated January 19, 2015 for public issue of 1,00,00,000 Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 100 each aggregating to Rs. 100 crores with BSE Limited on January 27, 2015.

Shares of SAKTHI FINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.17.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 17.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 4018 in over 33 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 18.45 and intraday low of 17.8. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 72569.
