Market Creators Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 31, 2007, inter alia, to take on the record un-audited financial results (Provisional) for the First Quarter ended on June 30, 2007 and to adopt the Accounts for the Financial Year 2006-07, Board of Directors Report and Auditors Report there on for F.Y. 2006-07 and consider Declaration of dividend and Rights Issue.
