Kwality Ltd approves conversion of 15544041 warrants to shares

The Board of Directors of Kwality Ltd at its meeting held on January 24, 2015, has discussed and approved the conversion of 1,55,44,041 warrants (issued at a price of Rs. 48.25/-) into equal numbers of equity shares of face value of Rs. 1/- each allotted to M/s. Pashupati Dairies Private Limited under Section 42 and 62 (1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013 and Chapter VII of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Regulations) 2009.

Shares of Kwality Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.39.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 39.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 45254 in over 568 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 40.2 and intraday low of 38. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1765020.
