Asian Electronics Board recommends 45% dividend

Asian Electronics Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 05, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 45% on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007, subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
