Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd to allot 3606285 shares to QIBs

The Investment Committee of Supreme Infrastructure India Ltd at its meeting held on January 23, 2015, has decided to issue and allot 36,06,285 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each to eligible qualified institutional buyers at a price of Rs. 277.39 per equity share (including a premium of Rs. 267.39 per equity share), aggregating approximately Rs. 1000.35 million pursuant to the provisions of Chapter VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment of 36,06,285 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 25,69,83,720 divided into 2,56,98,372 Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each.

Shares of SUPREME INFRASTRUCTURE INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.266 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 270.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 15980 in over 513 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 272.2 and intraday low of 261.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4275259.
