ECL Finance Ltd approves Rs. 400 crores issue of NCDs

The Board of Directors of ECL Finance Ltd at its meeting held on January 22, 2015 has, subject to receipt of the necessary approvals, if any, approved the public issue of Non-convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount not exceeding Rs. 400 crores with a green shoe option for an amount upto Rs. 400 crores.

Shares of Edelweiss Financial Services Ltd. was last trading in BSE at Rs.69.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1832162 in over 22811 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 71.85 and intraday low of 68.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 128530552.
