Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd to raise Rs. 3000 crores through bonds issue

The committee of the Board of Directors of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd, constituted by the Board of Directors of the Company for the purposes of deciding upon matters relating to the issue of bonds by the Company and the terms and conditions in relation to any such issue, including the timing of issuance of bonds by the Company, at their meeting held on January 23, 2015, has pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules made thereunder and approval of the board of the directors dated October 27, 2014, decided to offer to the public taxable, redeemable, secured non-convertible bonds for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs. 3000 crore in one or more tranches pursuant to a Shelf Prospectus to be submitted with BSE and has approved the appointment of various intermediaries for this purpose.

Shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.585.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 586. The total number of shares traded during the day was 77777 in over 4883 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 597 and intraday low of 582. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 45806081.
