The Board of Directors of C Mahendra Exports Ltd at its meeting held on December 18, 2014, inter alia, has considered seeking necessary approval of shareholders by way of postal ballot for change of name of the Company from C. Mahendra Exports Limited to C Mahendra Limited, subject to such other consents and approvals as may be necessary.
