Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd to consider raising Rs. 6000 crores

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Capital Financial Services Ltd will be held on December 15, 2014, to consider a proposal to issue, by way of a private placement, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of upto Rs. 6000 crore.
