The Board of Directors of Empee Distilleries Ltd at its meeting held on October 25, 2014, decided to withdraw the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation of the Company with Empee Sugars and Chemicals Ltd, pending before the Hon'ble High Court, Andhra Pradesh.
