GE Shipping Board to consider issue of warrants

Great Eastern Shipping Company Ltd (GE Shipping) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 26, 2007 to consider preferential issue of warrants convertible into equity shares of the Company to promoters and directors of the Company.
