Aban Offshore Ltd closes QIP issue

The capital Issue committee of Aban Offshore Ltd at its meetings held on July 03, 2014, has approved the closure of QIP on July 03, 2014 and approved the issuance of 10,783,608 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- to Qualified Institutional Buyers at an issue price of Rs. 695.50 per equity share, which is at a discount or Rs. 36.47 per share to the Floor Price Rs. 731.97 per equity share.

The committee approved and adopted the placement Document (PD) dated July 03, 2014 in connection with the QIP.

Shares of ABAN OFFSHORE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.808.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 801.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 107755 in over 6412 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 819.4 and intraday low of 804. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 87278496.
