Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the window for trading in the shares of Sayaji Hotels Ltd shall remain close from June 28, 2014 to July 05, 2014 (both days inclusive) in view of the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on July 04, 2014 to consider and approve, the issue of Cumulative Preferential Shares on Preferential Basis.
