L&T Finance Holdings approves allotment of CCRPS

The Committee of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has approved the allotment of 26,340,000 (Two Crore Sixty Three Lakh and Forty Thousand) Listed, Cumulative Compulsorily Redeemable Preference Shares of face value Rs. 100/- each at par on private placement aggregating to Rs. 2,634,000,000/- (Two Hundred Sixty Three Crore and Forty Lakhs only) including all options, at its meeting held on June 30, 2014, to eligible allottees.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.74.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 73. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1302528 in over 9511 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 74.75 and intraday low of 73.5. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 96600744.
