Shalimar Paints Board recommends Rs.5 dividend

Shalimar Paints Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ Rs 5.00 per equity share of Rs 10/- each.
