DCM Shriram Consolidated Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, to transact the following:

1. To consider the audited annual accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007.

2. To recommend final dividend, if any, on Equity Shares for the year ended March 31, 2007.
