SREI Infrastructure Board recommends 10% dividend

SREI Infrastructure Finance Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 10% (i.e. Re 1.00 per Equity Share) on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each fully paid up of the Company.
