Tata Tea fixes Book Closure for Dividend & AGM

Tata Tea Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 25, 2007 to August 10, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend and Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 10, 2007.
