Gujarat Fluorochemicals Board recommends 50% final dividend

Gujarat Fluorochemicals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 19, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend @ 50% i.e. Rs 1 per equity share of Rs 2 each for the financial year 2006-07.
