Goodyear India appoints Ms. Sudha Ravi as additional director

Goodyear India Ltd has announced about the change in Directorate of the Company at the Meeting of Board of Directors held on June 06, 2014.

Mr. Rajiv Lochan Jain, an Independent Director of the Company, has resigned from the Board of Directors w.e.f. June 07, 2014.

Ms. Sudha Ravi has been appointed as an Additional Director (for Independent Directorship) w.e.f. June 07, 2014.

Shares of GOODYEAR INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.465 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 465.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6638 in over 390 trades.
