Magnum Ventures Limited redeems NCNCRPS worth Rs. 1.88 crore

The Board of Directors of Magnum Ventures Limited in their Board Meeting held on 13th July, 2024 have approved the Redemption of 1,88,125 Unlisted Zero Percent Coupon Rate, Non-Convertible, Non-Cumulative Redeemable Preference Share of Rs. 100/- each aggregating of Rs. 1,88,12,500 (Rupees One Crore Eighty Eight Lacs Twelve Thousand and Five Hundred Only) out of the proceeds for fresh issue of the Company.
