Interlink Petroleum Ltd calls for Board Meeting on June 06, 2014 to consider raising funds

A Board Meeting of Interlink Petroleum Ltd is scheduled to be held on June 06, 2014, wherein the Board is likely to consider raising of funds by means of Debt/Equity/FCCBs/GDRs/any combination thereof, on public or private basis.

In terms of the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company for prevention of insider trading in the securities of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992, the trading window of the Company will be closed for trading in the Company's equity shares for Directors / Designated Employees from June 04, 2014 to June 09, 2014 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (including directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of Closure of Trading Window.
