Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd Updates on Acquisition

Mires B.V ("Proposed Acquirer") completed the valuation of the two plants of Dr.Datsons Labs Ltd situated at Mahad and Pune. The Total Fair Valuation of the Company as stood at Rs. 350 Crores out which valuation of the fixed assets of the company stood at Rs. 270 Crores. The Detailed term sheet for process of proposed Acquisition will be received by the Company shortly.

The Company undertakes to take all necessary steps for the Benefit of the stakeholders of the Company.

Shares of Dr.Datsons Labs Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.18.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 19.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 249329 in over 1295 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 19.7 and intraday low of 18.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4662585.
