Central Bank of India enters into distributorship agreement with SBI Funds Management Ltd

Central Bank of India has entered into a distributorship Agreement M/s SBI Funds Management Limited for distribution of their Mutual Fund Products to its customers. The participation by both the entities in this arrangement will result in offering the customers of Central Bank of India, an opportunity to unlock the value of their savings through various mutual fund products offered by M/s SBI Funds Management Limited.

SBI Funds Management Limited (SBIFML) was established in the year 1987. SBIFML is a Joint Venture between SBI and AMUNDI (France), one of the world's leading fund management companies. SBIFML is one of the leading asset management company in India, servicing around 25 crore above investor folios and has a total AUM of ₹ 12,41,000 crore as on December 2025 under its suite of investment offerings.

Shares of Central Bank of India was last trading in BSE at Rs. 38.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 38.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 462343 in over 1937 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 38.60 and intraday low of 37.68. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 17712106.00.
