HDFC Bank Fixes Book Closure for 2013-14 Dividend & AGM

The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of HDFC Bank Ltd will remain closed from June 07, 2014 to June 25, 2014 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on June 25, 2014.

The electronic credit / dispatch of the dividend warrants would commence from June 26, 2014 and is expected to be completed by July 15, 2014.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.716.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 718.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 106166 in over 5830 trades.
