Geometric Clarifies on News regarding stake sale to PE

Geometric Ltd has Clarified with reference to the news item appearing in the media titled "PE players eye Godrej Group's stake in Geometric".

"The Company has not entered into any discussion with any PE firm or any other entity to change or modify its equity structure. We re-iterate it is not our policy to comment on market rumors or speculation."

Shares of GEOMETRIC LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.116.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 121.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 253527 in over 3446 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 122.9 and intraday low of 115. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30099667.
