Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd approves preferential issue, financial year change

The Board of Directors of Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd at its meeting held on January 11, 2014, have considered and approved the matter of allotment of share warrants by way of preferential allotment to Promoters/ Non promoters/ Strategic investors pursuant to Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act 1956.

The Board approved the draft of Notice of Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for the aforesaid purpose and also approved the change of financial year of the Company from July-June to April-March.

Shares of Shri Lakshmi Cotsyn Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.15.68, down by Rs.0.82 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.15 and intraday low of Rs.15.68.

The total traded quantity was 1098 shares as compared to 2 week average of 2554 shares.
