IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd to consider rights issue terms on Janaury 20, 2014

A meeting of the Committee of the Board of Directors of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd will be held on January 20, 2014, to consider and fix the Issue price per rights equity share of the face value of Rs. 10 each.

The Board will also consider number of rights equity shares which an eligible equity shareholder as on the record date will be entitled to and the record date for determining the eligible equity shareholders who would be entitled to the rights equity shares.

Shares of IL&FS Transportation Networks Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.131.85, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.133.80 and intraday low of Rs.131.70.

The total traded quantity was 0.12 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 0.14 lakh shares.
