Sharp Trading & Finance Ltd allots shares on merger

The Board of Directors of Sharp Trading & Finance Ltd at its meeting held January 15, 2014, approved and allotted to the eligible members of Trinity Tradelink Limited (Transferor Company) 2,60,10,805 (Two Crore Sixty Lakhs Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Five only) equity shares of the Company as fully paid up in the ratio of 1:1 (One : One) Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each (credit as fully paid up) for every 1 (One) Equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each held by the shareholders in Trinity Tradelink Limited (Transferor Company).

The equity shares so allotted shall be listed and admitted to trading on Stock Exchange after obtaining necessary approvals.
