Accel Frontline allots 55 lakh shares

The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Accel Frontline Ltd at its meeting held on January 10, 2014, have allotted 55,00,000 equity shares of Rs.10/- each at a price of Rs.45/- per share to M/s. CAC Corporation, Japan by way of preferential allotment.

Shares of Accel Frontline Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.43.20, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.80%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.43.60 and intraday low of Rs.43.20.

The total traded quantity was 2511 shares as compared to 2 week average of 0.16 lakh shares.
