Ambuja Cement Eastern Ltd has announced that separate meetings of the equity shareholders, secured creditors and unsecured creditors will be held on September 13, 2006 for the purposes of considering purpose of considering, and, if thought fit, approving, with or without modification(s), the Scheme of Amalgamation of the company and Gujarat Ambuja Cements Ltd.
