Tirupati Inks approves issue of 1 crore equity shares

The Board of Directors of Tirupati Inks Ltd at its meeting held on January 07, 2014, has considered and approved further issue of upto 1,00,00,000/- (One Crore) Equity Shares of Rs. 10 each, on preferential allotment basis, at an issue price of Rs. 20 each or such higher issue price as may be determined in terms of the provisions of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
