Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd allots 3,73,900 equity shares

The Board of Directors of Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd at its meeting held on December 21, 2013, has accorded its consent for allotment of 3,73,900 Equity Shares of the nominal value of Rs. 10/- each at premium of Rs. 212.60/- aggregating to Rs. 222.60/- per equity share to the Promoter Mr. Rajesh Bhatia and Mrs. Geeta Bhatia jointly on conversion of 3,73,900 warrants of Rs. 222.60/- each.

3,73,900 warrants were converted to equity shares and the amount received on issue of warrants (equivalent to 25% comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- per share issued at a premium of Rs. 212.60/- per share) was Rs. 2,08,07,535/- (Rupees Two Crores Eight Lakhs Seven Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Five Only).

The amount received on conversion (Balance of 75% comprising nominal value of Rs. 10/- issued at a premium of Rs. 212.60/- per share): 6,24,22,605/- (Rupees Six Crores Twenty Four Lakhs Twenty Two Thousand Six Hundred Five Only).

Shares of Tree House Education & Accessories Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.243.45, up by Rs.0.85 or 0.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.246.90 and intraday low of Rs.240.

The total traded quantity was 0.27 lakh shares as compared to 2 week average of 0.19 lakh shares.
