Chromatic India Ltd has announced that the Scheme of Amalgamation of Blue Rock Dyes & Chemicals Ltd, 100% Subsidiary Company, with the Company, as sanctioned by the High Court on August 11, 2006 has become effective upon filing of copy of the order with ROC on August 24, 2006.
