Shyamkamal Investments Ltd allots 80,50,000 shares

The Board of Directors of Shyamkamal Investments Ltd at its meeting held on December 13, 2013, have allotted 80,50,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at par on Preferential Basis to Non-promoters, through a resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 29, 2013, in accordance with the provisions of Section 81(1A), as per the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulation, 2009 and other applicable provisions.
