Gayatri Projects Ltd has on due date i.e. December 01, 2013 redeemed SERIES-1 1560 Secured Redeemable Non Convertible Debentures aggregating to Rs. 15.60 Crores (Rupees Fifteen Crores Sixty Lacs Only) at a face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each.

The Trustee of the NCDs was IL&FS Trust Company Limited.

Shares of Gayatri Projects Ltd was last trading BSE at Rs.59.90, down by Rs.0.35 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.61.95 and intraday low of Rs.59.65.
