ICICI Bank's US$ 750 million International Bond offering

ICICI Bank (NYSE:IBN) acting through its Dubai branch, priced an issuance of 5.5 year fixed rate notes of an aggregate principal amount of US$ 750 million. The notes were sold under the Rule 144A/Reg S format. The notes carry a coupon of 4.80% and were offered at an issue price of 99.609.

Shares of ICICI Bank was last trading in BSE at Rs.1073.30, up by Rs.51.80 or 5.07%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1077.45 and low of Rs.1034.95.

The total traded quantity was 3.90 lakhs as compared to 2 week average of 3.32 lakhs.
