HCL Technologies increases FII's investment limit from 30% to 49% of the paid up equity share capital

The limit for purchase of the equity shares of HCL Technologies Limited (Company) under the Portfolio Investment Scheme, under Foreign Exchange Management Act 1999 by Foreign Institutional Investors (Fll's) through primary market and stock exchanges is increased from 30% to 49% of the paid up equity share capital of the Company.

The said limit is increased with effect from October 31, 2013, as notified by the Reserve Bank of India.

Shares of HCL Technologies Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1100.70, up by Rs.1 or 0.09%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1105 and low of Rs.1095.90.

The total traded quantity was 8241 as compared to 2 week average of 0.73 lakhs.
