Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd to consider issue of preference shares

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Soma Textiles & Industries Ltd will be held on November 08, 2013, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2013, along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as on September 30, 2013, duly accompanied by the Report on "Limited Review" conducted by the Auditors of the Company.
