Electrosteel Castings Ltd proposes to discuss the Issue of Equity Shares on Preferential Basis to the Promoters/Non Promoters of the Company aggregating to Rs. 40 crores (Rupees Forty Crores only) at the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company to be held on October 24, 2013.

Shares of Electrosteel Castings Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.14.22, up by Rs.0.84 or 6.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.14.30 and low of Rs.13.40.
