L&T Finance Holdings allots Cumulative Compulsorily Redeemable Preference Shares worth Rs. 250 crore

The Committee of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has approved the allotment of 2,50,00,000 (Two Crore and Fifty Lakh) listed 9% Cumulative Compulsorily Redeemable Preference Shares of face value Rs. 100/- each at par on private placement aggregating to Rs. 250,00,00,000/- (Two Hundred and Fifty Crore only), at its meeting held on October 15, 2013, to eligible allottees on pro-rata basis.

Shares of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.76.25, down by Rs.1.90 or 2.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.79.45 and low of Rs.75.95.

The total traded quantity was 8.71 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 18.71 lakhs.
