Associated Finlease approves allotment of 7170300 shares

The Board of Directors of Associated Finlease Ltd at its Meeting held on October 12, 2013, considered and approved allotment of 71,70,300 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at an issue price of Rs. 12.50 each on preferential basis to various non promoter persons, in terms of the resolution passed by the members in their Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2013.
