The Board of Directors of Jindal Drilling & Industries Ltd at its meeting held on October 03, 2013, has allotted 33,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each of the Company at a price of Rs. 191/- per shares on preferential basis to Promoters/ Promoters' group as approved by the shareholders of the Company in the Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2013.
