Bodal Chemicals allots 3500000 NCRPS as per CDR package

The Board of Directors of Bodal Chemicals Ltd at its meeting held on September 30, 2013, has allotted 3500000 9% Non Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares [Non Convertible) at face value of Rs. 10/- each to Non Promoters as per the requirement of approved Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) package.
