Bank of India has has completed the allotment of Rs. 1000 Crore BASEL-III compliant unsecured, Tier-ll Bonds of 10 years at a coupon rate of 9.80% per annum on private placement basis to Life Insurance Corporation of India.
The issue has been rated AAA by CRISlL.
Shares of Bank of India has last traded in BSE at Rs.164.85, up by Rs.1.25 or 0.76%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.168 and low of Rs.163.05.
The total traded quantity was 2.21 lakhs compared to 2 week average of 3.71 lakhs.
