Kokuyo Camlin Ltd allots rights equity shares

The Rights Issue Committee of Kokuyo Camlin Ltd at its meeting held on September 02, 2013 have allotted 3,12,83,831 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1 each at a price of Rs. 33 per share (inclusive of Share Premium of Rs. 32 per share) to the eligible equity shareholders of the company in the ratio of 14 equity shares for every 29 equity shares held on the record date i.e. August 2, 2013.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company stands increased from 69018975 equity shares to 100302806 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 1 each.

Shares of Kokuyo Camlin Ltd last traded in BSE at Rs.29.70, down by Rs.0.45 or 1.49%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.30.40 and low of Rs.29.40.

The total traded quantity was 5354 compared to 2 week average of 20548.
