The Board of Directors of Westlife Development Ltd at its meeting held on August 27, 2013 has allotted 54,04,593 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Arisaig India Fund Ltd. on a preferential basis pursuant to a special resolution passed by members at their extra-ordinary general meeting held on August 16, 2013. The issued/paid up equity capital of the Company after the said issue stands at Rs. 31,10,67,190/-.
