The Board of Directors of Jayavant Products Ltd at its meeting held on August 20, 2013, has approved allotment of 30,80,000 (Thirty Lacs Eighty Thousand Only) Equity Shares at a price of Rs. 35/- each (including premium of Rs. 25/-) on preferential basis to the allottes from whom money is received as per the Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on August 05, 2013, pursuant to the provisions of Section 81(1A) and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
